Nankhatai

Nankhatai, growing up, were bought at the local, malayalee bakery. Another import to Goa from Kerala, apart from Math teachers.
My attempts at making nankhatai.

    Yes, the recipe, please. I used butter instead of ghee this year and ruined my c'mas snowballs.
