    palmiers are standard cookies where i live - most people just buy them from patisserie shops though they are easy to make (once you have the puff pastry dough). yours look perfect. i shouldn't even look at them because i KNOW i could eat them ALL! LOL.

  2. hey. yes they certainly are with frozen puff pastry. i have made turnovers and samosas with the stuff...so versatile...
