Florentines by Giada De Laurentiis (Used a muffin top pan to get perfect rounds. Substituted vanilla extract for orange zest. Baked 3/4 tablespoon mounds at 325 degrees F for 7 minutes. Yield: 42, if i had not burnt two batches :-))
